CEX’s new high-strength aluminum alloy casting processing is called squeeze casting, also named liquid die forging.

Through this processing, welded and T6 heat treatment can be performed.

We have the workpiece measured, the squeeze die casting products’ tensile strength is 50% higher than traditional die casting parts, is about 290Mpa, and yield strength can be reached 230Mpa, and the hardness is 80HB.
