Squeeze Casting

For our new developed aluminum squeeze casting process, we have applied for invention patent utility model patents. The Squeeze Casting Processing creates less holes and has a higher density than traditional casting process, and its mechanical properties are similar to those of forged product, making them suitable for various lightweight products, especially automobiles. We have cooperated with lots of manufacturers to develop and produce lightweight aluminum alloy parts with this squeeze casting process.

Strict Quality Control

We use 80*300mm Testing Plateforms, Tensile Testing Machines, Hardness Testing Machines, and a 3D Scanning Machine to help us with quality control. An AOL Standard Inspection Report, Material Certification, Mechanical Property Test Report and ROHS Certificate will come along with the delivery.
