Qingdao Chengenxin Industry and Trade Co., Ltd was established in 1995. The plant covers about 15,000 square meters, and is a fully integrated aluminum casting foundry of molds, injection aluminum die casting, aluminum alloy high strength squeeze casting, plastic injection moldings, 3D printing, and CNC machining.

Squeeze Casting

For our newly developed aluminum squeeze casting process, we have applied for an invention patent, utility model patents. The squeeze casting process creates fewer internal porosities and comes with a higher density than the traditional die casting production process. Its mechanical properties are similar to those of forged products, making it suitable for various lightweight products, especially for automotive. We have cooperated with lots of manufacturers to develop and produce lightweight aluminum alloy parts with our squeeze casting process.

Quality Inspection Laboratory

We have invested in an internal quality inspection laboratory equipped with a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM), a Tensile Testing Machine, a Hardness Testing Machine, an X-ray Machine, a Spectrometer, a Helium Leak Detector, and a 3D Scanning Machine to help us in quality inspection. Quality inspection reports and material certificates will be provided according to customer requirements.
