After more than three years of research, development, and testing, CEX finally independently developed the aluminum alloy liquid die forging process.
At present, we have obtained 1 invention patent and 3 utility model patents.
Mass production was started in 2020, and lots of our customers used forging, high-pressure die casting, low-pressure die casting, gravity die casting, and sand casting processes before, through performance testing and price comparison, they chose our new processing-light weight strength aluminum alloys squeeze casting.

This original fastener couldn’t support the large tent due to its strength, so the customer wondering change the process to achieve good mechanical properties, finally they found us.
After our technician researched the structure, we came to a conclusion: it is perfectly suited to be made with our new process. So we start our trial order immediately.
After forty days of mold development, the castings’ sample confirmed our conclusion is right, the fastener’s density is 2.72g/cm³, yield strength is 230Mpa, tensile strength is 290Mpa, and hardness is 80Hb.
After field testing, this squeeze casting fastener can carry 120kg without breaking, both of us are very satisfied with the data, and our customer decided to order 50000 pieces of aluminum alloy liquid die forging outdoor tent folded.
