The use of the aluminum squeeze casting process provides light weighting and reduced costs by more than 30% compared to forging.

Squeeze cast parts have very few porosity, shrinkage and shrinkage cracks, with near zero surface defects. These surfaces can be further machined to meet high finishing requirements and tolerances. This advantage can be used to produce some parts that requires high surface sealing performance. It avoids the problems of poor sealing and leakage caused by die casting defects like air holes and cracks. For example, valve seals component, pump parts, hydraulic disc brake components, etc.
